At Best Japanese Language School, we aim to provide high-quality Japanese language education and support services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course or service.
1. Course Enrollment Fees
- Course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed installment plan before classes begin.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
✅ Before Course Starts
- A refund request made before the official start date of the course may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Administrative charges may be deducted.
❌ After Course Starts
- Once the course has started, fees are generally non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for missed classes.
3. Visa Support Services
- Service fees related to student visa or job visa processing are non-refundable once documentation review or processing has started.
- Visa approval is solely the decision of the respective embassy or immigration authority.
- We do not guarantee visa approval, and visa rejection does not automatically qualify for a refund.
4. Installment Payments
- If a student chooses an installment plan and discontinues the course, previously paid installments are non-refundable.
- Any outstanding payments must be cleared as per the agreement.
5. Cancellation by the School
If Best Japanese Language School cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Students will be offered a full refund, or
- The option to transfer to another batch.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a written request via email.
- Include your full name, course name, payment details, and reason for refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
