Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course or service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Course Enrollment Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed installment plan before classes begin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 Before Course Starts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A refund request made before the official start date of the course may be eligible for a partial refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative charges may be deducted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u274c After Course Starts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the course has started, fees are generally non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refund will be provided for missed classes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Visa Support Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service fees related to student visa or job visa processing are non-refundable once documentation review or processing has started.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa approval is solely the decision of the respective embassy or immigration authority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not guarantee visa approval, and visa rejection does not automatically qualify for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Installment Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a student chooses an installment plan and discontinues the course, previously paid installments are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any outstanding payments must be cleared as per the agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation by the School<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Best Japanese Language School cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students will be offered a full refund, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The option to transfer to another batch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit a written request via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include your full name, course name, payment details, and reason for refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed within 7\u201314 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
